Great Experience from these guys. They installed a new heat pump in my home. The owner showed up got his guys started on the job and actually returned to check on the progress. Amazing work and a true expert. I can’t say enough about these guys. There is no comparison when it comes to pricing or professionalism. These guys did so much more than what was in the proposal to ensure everything was done properly including rewiring so installing a vapor barrier with no additional charge to an already good price. Their knowledge of HVAC and the science behind it was astounding. They were already doing their best for me before going out of their way to do these things additionally. I can guarantee that this company is the absolute best choice you can make all around. I am lucky to have had them. After doing extensive research on major HVAC businesses operating around Dorchester County I scheduled an appointment with Coastal Carolina Comfort LLC to compare prices and customer service. Fast-forward to a 3.5 ton Goodman Split Heat Pump Split System, with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, I am glad I called them. I hope this review helps anyone debating whom to hire for such a costly and stressful job. These folks are professional and transparent with costs.
